About the Human Resource Management Unit
The Human Resource Management Unit is dedicated to fostering a skilled and motivated workforce in the Ministry. It promotes diversity and inclusivity, provides efficient and supportive administrative services, creates a positive and productive work environment, enhances staff welfare and motivation, maintains accurate and accessible records, and safeguards the confidentiality and integrity of all Ministry documents.
The Unit manages recruitment and deployment, personnel records and HRMIS, leave and benefits administration, payroll (salaries and pensions by the 28th of every month), training and induction, performance appraisals, grievance and discipline handling, employee relations, records management (file retrieval within 10 minutes), and stores management.
