Doing Business with the Ministry
How to Participate in Procurements & Bids
All Ministry procurements are conducted in line with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) Act. Suppliers are encouraged to register on the Government e-Procurement Portal (eGP) to receive bid opportunities.

Register as a Provider
Create a supplier profile on the Government e-Procurement Portal (eGP) at egpuganda.go.ug to receive bid notifications and submit tenders electronically.

Review the Advert
Download the notice document, note the reference number and closing date, and read the terms, specifications and submission requirements carefully.

Submit Your Bid on Time
Prepare and submit your bid before the closing deadline. Late submissions are not accepted. Award decisions are published as public notices.
