Scope of Work
The Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities has planned to procure Service Providers for Provision of Non-Consultancy Services to develop & manage Auxiliary services such as temporary restaurant facilities, gardens, etc. for the listed heritage and cultural sites.
Bid Submission
The Entity invites sealed pre-qualification bids/Proposals from eligible service Providers for the provision of the above services. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Pre-qualification method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, Cap 205 as amended.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents/TORs at the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities, 2nd Floor, Rwenzori Towers, Plot 6 Nakasero Road, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days. The pre-qualification documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on submission of a written application.
Proposals must be delivered to the address above at or before 12:00 PM on 12th October 2026. Late bids shall be rejected.
Pre-proposal Meeting
There shall be a pre-proposal meeting at the Ministry Headquarters (Board room) at 11:00 AM on 6th October 2026.
