Official launch of the Ministry's Tourism Month and World Tourism Day 2026 celebrations, held at Marriott Hotel Kampala on 3rd September 2026 under the theme "Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism".
On 3rd September 2026, the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities officially launched Tourism Month and the World Tourism Day 2026 celebrations at Marriott Hotel Kampala.
Under the national theme “Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism”, the launch convened sector stakeholders, partners and media to unveil a month-long programme of cultural, sporting, conservation and digital-tourism activities culminating in the main WTD celebrations on 27th September 2026 in Mbale City.
