Hon. Prof. Ephraim Kamuntu Officially Hands Over

The Hon. Prof. Ephraim Kamuntu, officially handed over the ministry of tourism Wildlife and Antiquities cabinet Ministerial Leadership to Hon. Col Tom Butime in a function that was held at the Ministry premises. Prof. Kamuntu is the newly appointed Minister for Justice and Constitutional affairs.
